Will miners be sent back?
Yes, we can, of course, return your miners. You have to do this yourself via DHL, UPS, … You have to arrange a collection order yourself. In consultation we will set a date and prepare the mineral for shipment.

How should I configure my miners?
After the order confirmation we will send you the correct installation instructions for your miners. Once the miners have arrived on site, they are placed and connected to the power grid and network. Then they are switched on and you can reach them via VPN connection.
How do I deliver my miners?
After the order confirmation and payment of the first month, a date will be agreed when the miners can be delivered to our location. If there are only a few miners (up to 50): these may be delivered separately.
If it is more than 50 minutes, we ask you to deliver them on one or more pallets. We can unload the pallets with a forklift at all our locations.

What happens if I don't pay?
If the invoices are not paid two months (60 days) after the due date, Bing-Coiners™️ has the right to turn off the miners and sell them at the market second-hand price at that time. Furthermore, all the necessary legal steps will be taken to recover the backlog, which will only increase costs.
Terms and conditions
We have a trial period of three months. After these three months you can decide to discontinue or extend the hosting. The hosting agreement has a minimum duration of twelve months. Other periods that can be chosen are 24 or 36 months.

Will VAT be charged?
Yes. We are an official company in United Kingdom, so we charge VAT. Of course, the regime of intra-Community delivery can be used so that, for example, companies from the Netherlands can purchase our services at 0% VAT. A VAT rate of 21% always applies to private individuals.
Terms of payment
As soon as the order confirmation has been signed, we will make an invoice for the estimated power consumption of the first month. We do this based on the number and type of miner(s). Afterwards, you will receive an invoice for that month at the beginning of each month. Our invoices are payable within 14 days.
Discontinuation conditions
The hosting agreement provides standard clauses to terminate the agreement under certain conditions.
Was the infrastructure been built in accordance with all legally required standards?
Yes. Both the containers and the buildings are made in accordance with the applicable safety regulations. The electricity supply has been fully inspected.
What type of miners can be placed?
We can place any current type of miner on the market in our infrastructure. This is flexibly built so that we can also install new models of miners. So we can place both Antminers and GPU (4U and open rigs) miners. However, the space for open rig GPUs is limited. We can also help you convert these open rigs to a 4U server case.
Where are you located?
We have two locations in London, UK. We also have one location in Australia. For security reasons, the specific addresses are only communicated to our customers. However you can visit our office location: 126 Long Acre Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom
What is the electricity supply per miner?
We provide a standard connection of 220 to 230 volts at 20 amps. This is sufficient for any type of miner with an electricity consumption of less than 4300 kWh.
What is the availability of the power supply?
We aim for 99.9% availability for our locations. For some locations, maintenance must be carried out on the installations. As a customer, you will of course be notified of this in advance.
24 Hours Mining Plan, what is this?
We have introduced 24 hours mining plan which will be available only for a limited time. The Mining contract is for 24 hours only and it will return you 4.5% profit on your Investment in 24 hours, but on a limited number of transactions.

How do I get profits through cloud mining?

How long do I need to wait for my payouts?
Your Bing-Coiners™️ balance will be credited with your cloud mining returns immediately after you purchase your mining plan. However, due to Blockchain processing time, your Bing-Coiners™️ balance may be updated after 3 confirmation delay.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase amount?

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount for our mining plan is $50. However, if you have an ongoing mining plan, your minimum withdrawal amount will be $100 until you supplement it by purchasing a mining plan. Once you purchase a new mining plan, your minimum withdrawal falls back to $50.
What does the maintenance fee for the cover for the Custom Mining Plan?
The maintenance fee covers the cost incurred by Bing-Coiners™️ in managing all the mining hardware, including the cost of electricity and administrative expenses. Bing-Coiners™️ is completely transparent and doesn’t have any hidden fees. Everything is clearly outlined in your mining plan.
How can I withdraw my mining returns?
You may request withdrawal from the Cashout section of your Bing-Coiners™️ account. Your withdrawal will be processed instantly, and the withdrawn amount will be transferred to a wallet of your choice.

Reinvesting your mining profits into the system is one of the most straightforward methods of maximizing your returns without purchasing an additional plan.
What's your company's business plan?
